    I think youā€™ll start to see a larger than normal number of cancellations byJune. It is not just gas prices. People simply find themselves in a different economic situation than a year or two ago when they ordered their bronco.

    It is not very often that I feel bad for an auto dealership but Granger ( and their customers ) got screwed by Ford. If I am lucky - maybe a nice fall drive to Iowa will be in store for me.

    Ford knows this is a problem- you think they would just change the specs to make the running boards an inch shorter .

    Does the head control the body or does the body control the head. Ford can comply with all state laws and regulations - but if dealers orders are very slowed in getting their orders filled - a dealer doesnā€™t have much recourse. So donā€™t tell me Fords hands are tied.
