I empathize with your pain, wishing you a Bronco delivery soon. Do you know if there is something special about your build that is holding it up? Just curious
Thanks for the links to the actual dashboard, i was seeing the pie charts in the thread and the "current status" is much more helpful. Its still off of build date but that's okay. So most of July build dates are built and delivered or shipped. A few holdouts. So August ties to their "November"...
digging into the tracker it would be nice to see the MIC top replacement month and if those have been delivered ontime. I have 8/16 build date which now means nothing as i've been "in production" for a couple of months. I am a "November" MIC replacement and would love to see if the October...
its my understanding the refund comes from the dealer. btw, the Mojave with the topper is a really sharp looking auto. It looks very strange to me without the topper but it really changes the appearance and use. enjoy
I guess you could still drive if you cut a hole in the driver window area and stick your head out. I suspect Bestop will have a non mesh version of the bimini as some point
i'm seeing roughly 120 shipped or delivery in the pie chart. Built I am not counting until its on the rail to a dealer. (FireFight, appreciate your OCD thread organization instincts)
I'm in the dark with a MIC top replacement holding up my order. I'm in the "sometime in November" club. Anyone been to Dirt Mountain lately? Is the parking lot thinning out? based on order tracking not that many have left purgatory. Patience is a virtue
basic question but is there any benefit to taking a loan with Ford MC or other through the dealer? Like, will they give you a better deal on a trade in or throw in some parts? PenFed does have some great rates but its easy to move the loan if taking the dealer setup gets an advantage.
If yours is a WT with MIC top this is getting pretty crazy. Lots of us with the same parked on Dirt Mountain. I think snake replacement top builds are scheduled for swaps till the end of November. If a newer orders jumps in and ships ..... well, nice for you but Ford can go themself
love my kuat hitch rack. so much lighter than other brands making popping it on and off easier. I've had it for 7-8 years and they have improved some things with the ratchet on the arms. So worth it
You'll love the Macan. I bought an Audi SQ5 in 2015 because the wait was too long for the lower priced Macans. The Porsche drives like a car but has the utility of a small SUV.
can you point me to where the owner or someone that has seen the Bronco sorted out the screw length or drill bit as the culprit. I'm happy to delete all the comments as I don't really care other than someone else not experiencing the same issue
Thanks for the clarity, surprised they had to drill as I thought this was a pre config product for the door.
Maybe you guys know more than the owner but this is what he said:
"So what happened? Apparently, one (or more) of the screws to secure the folding table were too long - from the Ford...
see the post from recently delivered Bronco where the screws were too long or used in the wrong order and popped through the exterior door. Dented the exterior really. Read those directions several times. The dealer installer blew the install
