When I need a minivan I just buy a proper minivan. That way I can also buy a proper Bronco.

Little wheels don’t look goofy on a two door. I kind of like them. The broncos with too many doors look even goofier than usual with the little wheels though. Kind of like my Duramax when it had the stock 33s. I think 35s are the sweet spot. That said, I put few enough paved miles on my 4X4s...

It also has designated jack points that appear to be the ideal size and shape for the Hi-lift. I haven’t tried them yet but they look well thought out. I replaced the OEM recovery point with a pair from MHI that are soft shackle specific, very low profile, and blend nicely with the bumper...

OK as promised here’s a quick review of the new model warn rear bumper with some pics. I also managed to replace the tail light reflector and got a new face plate for the hard spare cover (went with a script emblem this time, gloss black horsie for the swing gate inbound, should’ve swapped that...

The Bronquistador He got a new rear bumper, tail light lens, and spare cover for Christmas…because he busted them up going for a joyride without me.

They’re close to worthless. The design emphasis is always on ability to stash them, not usability.

Even if the offset wasn’t problematic, you can’t have mismatched tire sizes on a drive axle. So you could only put the spare on the front axle and use 2H — a real pita if your flat is a rear tire.

I just wash them like the rest of the truck. No issues.

Curious what made you go A/T instead of M/T?
