We had a great Saturday up at Sycamore Creek (10 Rigs from Base to First Editions). We will be running yet another part of this great trail system again on Saturday the 19th after the Broncos and Bagels event at Larry H Miller Ford in Mesa (See post below). @JetMech will be on hand for sure...

Another gathering (of sorts) happening this Saturday. Some of us are going to meet at the Desert Rat in Tempe (4453 S Rural Road Tempe AZ, 85282) from 8am-10am to give another good Bronco presence for their monthly Coffee and Crawlers event. After that we're going to trek up to Sycamore Creek...

More and more people are getting their Broncos. Let's get together and meet some other Bronco owners. Meet for some coffee and bagels. For those interested, we'll have a trail run afterwards. (Likely Sycamore Creek). Saturday November 19th from 8am-10am and Larry H Miller Ford in Mesa.
  6. Warning steering rack can randomly fail after wheeling [watch out for these vehicle alerts / fault codes]

Not saying this is "your" issue exactly because in this case it began with a broken tie rod. At 5:38 in this video, Vaughn Gittin Jr. gives an explanation of properly lifting and why not properly lifting can cause these kind of issues. At 7:08 he also discuss how the guy would or could have...
  7. How to have rear cargo area power outlet on full time?

While I get what you are saying here... It is still too risky for us and how "we" use our fridge. We run our fridge off of a Goal Zero or a Jackery (we have both) so we don't have to worry about the main battery. We charge the battery with Solar and also with the 12v plug when the truck is...
  8. How to have rear cargo area power outlet on full time?

If you're planning to run your fridge off of the 12V on the main battery overnight, you're likely going to have more issues than just bad food when it drains the battery.

  11. Anyone else change their driving habits after getting Bronco?

I find myself just cruising along and enjoying… not too slow but not zipping down the freeway at 85 like in my truck. Then my wife says “speed up Grandpa”!

*** NIGHT RUN TIME*** *** Saturday (tomorrow the 22nd)*** ***Bulldog Canyon*** I know… again Graham with the short notice! Just don’t want anyone to miss out. How bout an informal and impromptu “night” run Saturday Evening. A few of us have posted up our new lights and it’s time to test them...
  13. I would buy this over a Bronco any day!

Really depends on what you're looking for. You can absolutely lift it just like a Ranger might not be able to "easily" throw 35's and up on it but you can... (I have 33's on my '20 Ranger which are just right for my Overlanding setup) and there are already aftermarket bumpers out (see picture)...
  14. I would buy this over a Bronco any day!

Ford still has the Edge (for now) which is, if I am not mistaken, based on the same thing as the Lincoln Nautilus. This would be a great replacement for the Edge when they scrap it after 2023.

  16. I would buy this over a Bronco any day!

We have both a '21 Bronco and A '20 Ranger. I would not trade my Bronco for this... ever... , but our Ranger is built out as a more tame Overlanding / Long trip rig and this would be great for that purpose. This is essentially a Ranger in SUV form, not a unibody like the Explorer it is Body on...
  17. Mud flaps - RokBolz vs. Others?

We puckered up and bought the RokBlokz. Didn't ever really think we would need to take them off on the trail because we don't go too nuts. BUT... that time came and it took about 2 mins and they were off. Super easy and highly recommend. They've taken a beating.

  19. 37s on stock Badlands dilemma

Zone 2"/1" (Front/Back) lift/level on Non Sas Badlands with Stock BL Bead-lock capable Wheels at +55 offset along with 1 1/2" Bora spacers bringing it to a +17 offset. Found a killer deal on a set of new takeoff 35's. Just the right amount of poke and clears everything. (Crash Bars removed of...
