I'm gonna hold out and see if Bestop makes liners for the Bronco. Got these for the wifes Jeep and they've held up great.

You can paint pinstripes on any color and make it look great. But I think what you're picking up on are the Northwest Pinstripe - or whatever your region. The pinstripe scratches you get in the paint from a good day in the bush. They will show more on the richer, darker metallics than anything...

Closest to us is Moab, 16.5 hr drive. Guess we'd have to fly. But they couldn't verify my order. Guess we'll see.

I was hoping to see a 2-door, and/or a Badlands. At least I'll get to see the MGV and the stick!

For what it's worth, we run Cooper Stt Pro's on our trail rig (FJ40). They are great tires for the rock, mud, and snow. Never ran them on the road a whole bunch though. I may put those on the Bronco down the road after running the K02's.

Fake News ;) We run them on the wifes Jeep, my 1 ton, and have run them on the 1/2 ton's in the past. Best damn all around tire for the wet PNW I know.

If it was even money I'd run them on the Badlands, but not worth the upcharge IMHO.

But seriously though, when you log onto ford, does it show you your ordered rig? I originally reserved a black diamond, but ended up ordering a Badlands. The picture on Ford's page never updated. though that was kinda weird.

7/14 am reservation, 1/20 order. No Email yet. But I did get a call from Suzy from my vehicle Warranty Department yesterday, so I've got that going for me.

Absolutely, I wish we were getting a manual hand brake with the Manual. I can see electronic PB for the autos. But I cut a brake line on a trail in my 72 lost all brake fluid, had to drive it down the mountain, then 30 miles of highway to the nearest auto store with just 3 gears and a marginal...

Till death do us part. This will be my last manual transmission. Most likely last gasoline powered vehicle (Washington to ban the sale of gas cars by 2030). It'll be my daily driver, but will eventually retire my FJ40 trail rig most likely. And one of my biggest regrets was selling my '72...

Thanks, that was what I was guessing too. Pretty tall gears once you start adding tire and wind drag. I think the 2.3 MT with the 4.7's behind it are going to be a different animal, and the Auto with 4.46's should have some good pep too. The 2.7 with the 4.7's (SAS) should flat out rip. I did...
