I agree, they have the perfect amount of lifting power for smoothly lifting the hood up and out of your way. I was actually amazed much the engine compartment felt “roomier” after installing.

I had hell after I put my top down the first time. I wound up have to adjust the front brackets (above the windshield) backward. To do that you simply loosen the two bolts with a torx plus bit from the top side of each bracket. Slide the bracket where you want it and tighten the bolts back...

There are a few good reviews of them on the forum, but none mentioning ADM that I’ve found. We’d have probably heard something about it if they were up-charging.

The ZRoadz steps are probably similar, though more of a tube style. The RSE steps come with a switch where you can turn the swing-step function off, though it seems silly to spend the money on the RSE steps and not use their functionality.

It means the TPMS is disconnected or needs to be re-programmed. Shouldn’t be an issue, and something you can worry about/fix when you get back. Happy trails!

Yeah I’ve noticed the entire top frame can shift toward one side when you lift the top alone. I’ve marked up my roll cage a little because of it. I’ve fiddled with and adjusted most of the hinges and brackets on mine because my top would NOT latch closed after I opened it the first time...

Mine does this as well and I’ve noted that above 85 the wind gets under that front flap and flips it all the way up and back. I haven’t really looked to see about adjusting it, but when I flip back my soft top, I make sure to pull out and down on the front magnets when I flip the Jtop flap...

Agreed. I picked up some 4” Grade 8 bolts from the local Ace and the fit perfectly.

The diabolical has molle panels that you can add to the underside of the ceiling panels. I hear you on the price, but the diabolical is modular and way more user friendly than the ford version.
