I believe the PATS antenna is located on the left side panel ( driverside) I had a similar issue after installing the Tow modules behind the panel. Look for a disconnected plug and I hope you’ll be good to go.

I have done this and it works great. I downloaded Several hundred songs onto a thumb drive and installed it in the USB port below the radio. The radio is able to read the music and play the songs. I have two or three different thumb drives that I swap out based on the music I want to listen to.
