i have a set of 4 gloss black OEM fender flares. They ARE painted. have a few pits and maybe a few very light scratches in them. could be buffed just fine. Also i had OEM flaps so where they mount there is some rubbing that could also likely be buffed out. Or buy them to paint. Thats up to you...
i'm on factory 33" KO2's on my Badlands(non-sas). I absolutely love them. I want to go with their 35's next but man are they HEAVY. 14lbs/tire more than my 33's
was an option on Big Bend i believe but i think most didn't have them. It was standard on Outerbanks on up. The one in question is most definitely a big bend

Personally i would have had them fix it and do a full inspection and taken it back. I had to have my oil pan replaced due to the drain plug area having a defect where the plug didn't stay in all the way. They diagnosed it, ordered the parts and had it fixed within 4 days. all under warranty
