Back when I had android I remember you can get open source android to update to the current versions even if Motorola or whoever no longer continues to update the os for compatibility. It’s been awhile since I owned an android phone but I’m sure developers are still doing it.

nope this recall is for the bilsteins that came with the Sasquatch package. It’s those yellow ones with the reservoir welded on. Your fox shocks are fine as far as I know :) hope this information helps
