This dealership absolution by automakers is infuriating. Yes, the dealerships are "individually-owned franchises" but Ford is the product provider and has FAR more leverage over these weasels than they will publicly admit.

I thought I'd better contact my dealer for some pricing reassurance if/when Ford ever actually builds my Bronco and was told "the build price will be your purchase price." Thankfully all dealers aren't viper dens.
