Yeah, that's different. That's just the rubberized (?) coating they apply to the rocker panels for additional protection, then they paint over it. So you get that pebbled texture. That's totally expected and acceptable. What I'm talking about is dried paint runs that dripped from the bottom...

Shame you can't get that option in the lower trims. I hate when they tie safety-assisting options to luxury packages. Every buyer at every trim level should have the ability to add every safety option available.

Shame you can't order a topless Bronco from Ford, then add a top of your choosing. If you ultimately want a Bestop why should you have to pay for Ford's top only to toss it?
