Neither were. The grey one got sold back to the dealer. The red one I upgraded the steering rack the the hoss 3. Now on Eibach stage 2 coilovers. 36k miles on the 37’s no complaints.
Not that I’ve heard of without buying raptor lights or aftermarket. I tried everything and asked around researched two years ago when I went Amber. I just learned to live with it. I wanted Amber in the daytime as I had a number of close calls with the dim white in the first few months of owning...
If you bought it new and haven’t changed it should be the 2.0 rack. If you bought it used someone like me could have updated it to the severe duty rack. Two ways to tell easily the severe duty tire rods say ford performance on the top. Measure the inner tire rod 2.0 is 14mm. Severe duty is 16mm
My wife is heading down there mid October with a couple ladies for our bronco club. She was with me at the NH off roadeo I look forward to her comparison. It’s nice that they opened this closer location to us.
Sounds like you and your dealers are on top of things sadly this does not seem to be the norm in my area.
this latest trip for a front cv noise, leaking rear shock and A/C issue for my ‘22 for example was very disappointing. Three weeks they had the vehicle no big issue there as I called and...
Would this pop up any time FDRS is used or is this on the service writers desk? Out dealer the last time in was so dysfunctional that I could see this info not getting relayed to the tech. Hopefully most dealers are more diligent.
Do you mean they reset the module? They would be my first stop to ask what exactly they did. Did you have the signature lighting stock or the base lights? I would think in forscan you could switch it back to signature lighting and have them work again. There are also specific lines in forscan...
They would only know if they went looking for it in FDRS. As mention a flash counter. The average tech isn’t going to take the time to look if they are not diagnosing a drivability issue.
I had enough length by just unhooking the wire from its retainers. RC has extenders as part of their winch kit. I’m not sure if they would sell them separately.
My wife is 5’ even and daily drives the bronco. Yes I can’t fit in the drivers seat where she has it to drive😂. But it goes plenty close. The steering wheel also telescopes in and out so you don’t have to be right in the wheel. Maybe the ‘25 will have memory, cooled seats and adjustable petals...
I used my own vin you just have to select the correct download. And don’t put the dang suffix letter in. That gave my all kinds of fits. Just the m1821(or whatever it is. I put the B and had errors.
I did the LOD frame brackets with the RC high mount. If you have the modular bumper you have to cut either the bumper or the frame reinforcement. I opted to cut the lower 1” off the LOD setup. It where your safety chains would attach on the LOD setup. I did not have the blue ox setup.
True but there’s no need to be fully locked for an entire trail or even most obstacles. I use lockers very little off road as an if needed tool. I don’t hit a trail lock everything and run all day. Sometimes I forget about lockers all together then realize it after it took a little more effort...
It has to do with the light pattern. Nothing to do with fitment. Nobody else’s mount mentions it. Ford had to do all the testing and pass certain things being they offer it as a vehicle manufacturer.
Look at my pic cost me maybe $25. A camera extension cable was $6 on Amazon, some washer tubing at auto store, expandable rubber nuts installed in the bulk bar and aluminum L brackets. Sure there are expensive and a little nicer looking camera mounts but I didn’t want to spend $200 to out my...
It means unlike anyone else ford paid and had the setup tested in crash testing. Any other winch mount is doing the same thing. Changing how the vehicle reacts in a crash and changing the airbag timing in a crash. Ford did the work and testing and has an update to correct for the winch plate to...
