Very true. We've been talking to a realtor already and it seems that things have slowed down a bit. Luckily we're not in that sub $500k price range where things seem to be crazy. We've identified a number of houses that we love that are sitting for a week or two before getting accepted...
I did drive a Crosstrek here and I was impressed with the space inside and the features BUT I wasn't impressed with the level of power or the CVT. And that was down in OKC, it must be much worse at altitude.
Thinking about bidding on this: https://carsandbids.com/auctions/rwxzmk6x/2005-land-rover-range-rover-hse?fbclid=IwAR3tk2n9fLQqpzzsv2Q1RGwbyZWamUQJ5R79btHtnytgm-cunbCCDibSU20
That's one I hadn't really considered yet. Why it over a Crosstrek? And there's TONS of different foresters out there - what should I look for OR stay away from? Certain years or engines? I see lots of foresters for sale around here, some pretty cheap too!
Not a bad idea but I can't find a single one near me with AWD. At least right now. And I need something by the middle of next month to give me time to sell my Tacoma and transfer my title.
The supposed $7k they spent at offroad addiction amounts to $2500 for linex on the outside, about $2k on shocks, tires and installation of such, and around $1500 for fender flares and installation. Not much listed there in terms of supporting mods.
I'd walk in and offer $4k as it sits as...
Awesome rig! That's almost exactly what I'd be looking for but I'm sure you're over my budget on that, good luck with the sale.
I have yet to find someone who thinks I should keep the Taco up in Denver. There will be little to no market for it and I will have no trouble selling here.
I...
There's a few older FJ's available around here, very few Broncos. And almost all of those are out of my price range. Plenty of FJ Cruisers available though.
Hey everyone! My wife and I will be moving from OKC to Denver in the next few months. She got a great job up there, I'm working on a few offers this week myself - we're excited to get there and get settled in!
I had waffled on my Bronco - buying a $60k off-roading SUV didn't make a ton of...
There's no trouble in Jeepville, those who like them will continue to buy them despite their low ratings, poor reliability, and expensive price. It's a cult and nothing will sway them.
My BIL and Sister have 2 Jeeps - their Renegade is on transmission #2 and transfer case #2 and one or the...
The hard part is done now - Metro cancelled my reservation, which is what I needed. Granger has been good so far and I know exactly what I want on my new Bronco so converting to an order should be easy now. Plus, I'll be code 99, waiting on MY22 colors and options.
UPDATE!! My reservation shows as cancelled on Ford.com now. I just got off the phone with someone at Ford, she had me make a new reservation and is working on linking it to my original timestamp now.
I should be able to complete my new reservation into an order with Granger in time. Mad...

Yeah, they were playing stupid games with me yesterday. Saying they have no idea what happened or why someone would convert my reservation to an order. Then asking why not stay with them and they can deliver my Bronco to me. I told them I'd think about it if they matched my Granger deal and...
I plan to call Ford again today to confirm everything and ask about options since the dealer is refusing to do anything. When you call that number, one of the prompts is for the Bronco reservations so I'm pretty sure I went to the right group.
Thanks for the help, I'll keep everyone updated.
