  1. Sun Visor Hits Mirror

I believe what people are saying is when they try to flip the visor down, in the latched, forward position, it hits the rear view mirror. Mine does this as well, but as tall as I am, I wouldn't be able to see out the windshield if I moved it more than an inch or so downward.
  2. Ford Fuel Induction Service

If it's what I think it is, it's a fuel additive they pour into the fuel tank. At least that's what the Ford QuickLane tried to charge me $100+ for a few years ago. They tried selling it as "induction cleaning" and that it was Ford recommend. It is not.
  3. 2025 Trailer Tow Kit (Updated Part # from 2024)

Yes, there is a difference. The Ford tow hitch comes with the 7/4 pin connector and the module that installs behind the cargo area panel. The wiring is already in place to plug the module into and the 4/7 pin plug. Programming is required for the for this, either by a dealer or Forscan...
  4. Bronco6G Giveaway – Broaddict 4-Door Half Rack (Hard Top)

It's perfect! Looks factory and should have been available as a Ford option. Would be great for road trips and camping.
  5. Aftermarket Seat Upgrade

I found out by accident one day. Don't even remember what I was doing when I somehow pushed it forward and it sprung back. I'm glad because I really did not like that full forward position at all.
  6. Aftermarket Seat Upgrade

If you haven't tried, the headrest on the front seats are adjustable. Pull forward on the top of the headrest and it will spring to the rear, then they can be adjusted forward in a few increments until they are where it's comfortable.
  7. Dashboard Recall ?

Yes. Took it in Thursday with no appointment at 10:45. Oil change, trailer module programmed, and the recall done. Was ready at 4:30.
  8. Ducks, waves, and now…..

It's one thing if you mess up your own paint, something entirely different if someone else messes it up, IMHO.
  9. Harbor Freight Roof Cargo Carrier Basket installed

I bought one a couple of years ago for a different vehicle. Worked well.
  10. Which SUV has better offroad capability: Stock Bronco Sasquatch vs Toyota 4Runner with 3" lift and larger tires

The seats in the Bronco, for me with back problems, are much more supportive and comfortable than the ones in the 4Runner. Like you said, it's a personal preference and many things factor into it.
  11. Which SUV has better offroad capability: Stock Bronco Sasquatch vs Toyota 4Runner with 3" lift and larger tires

Having had both, definitely the Bronco. While they may both have lockers, the locker on the 4Runner only works in 4L, whereas the Bronco can lock in 4H, 4L and maybe even 2H(never tried it). The transition between 4H, 2H and locker in the Bronco is seamless and instant when stopped. The 4Runner...
  12. What is a Powertrain Wrap ESP???

So, then basically, if I understand correctly, I have no extended powertrain coverage past the basic 5/60?
  13. What is a Powertrain Wrap ESP???

I've purchased PremiumCare ESP warranties on every Ford vehicle I've purchased over the last 30 years and this is the first time I've heard of a Wrap.
  14. What is a Powertrain Wrap ESP???

That's what I was thinking. The wording is a bit confusing. Thanks!
  15. What is a Powertrain Wrap ESP???

    It's a 10 year 100k that was $2100.
  16. What is a Powertrain Wrap ESP???

Correct, but this is a Powertrain Wrap warranty which seems to include the PremiumCare, but reduces powertrain coverage in the PremiumCare to a PowertrainCare level. It was $700 less than a Granger PremiumCare ESP. No one can tell me if my interpretation is correct or not. There are no...
  17. What is a Powertrain Wrap ESP???

I had a 2021 Bronco and just purchased a 2025. I had, and always had, a PremiumCare ESP for every Ford vehicle I purchased over the years. On this one, I thought that I had once again purchased a PremiumCare ESP and the price was about $700 less than Granger, so I felt it was a great price...
  18. ATTN: Ford's Annual Price Increase on ESPs (Extended Service Plans) Coming Soon - Lock in your Granger Warranty before Oct 1st!

Good afternoon Zach, Can you please explain what the difference is between PremiumCare and PowertrainCare Wrap warranties?
  19. HELP!! Upfitter switch wire capacity- Fire Danger??

Not as long as you don't overload the circuit, so use 125% as a guide. That percentage allows a margin for error so that a load does not exceed the rating of the wire or fuse. Replacing a 10A fuse with a higher rated fuse is dangerous since you are exceeding the wire rating, or gauge, and will...
  20. HELP!! Upfitter switch wire capacity- Fire Danger??

Your amp draw, 10.2A, exceeds the circuit rating of 10A for switch #4. Ideally, you would use a 15A circuit, but since that is taken, it would probably be best to run those lights through a relay attached to switch #4. That way switch #4 is only powering the coil of the relay which is typically...
