All of the Bronco headlights are LED, it's just that there are two styles (standard and signature). However, the taillights do have either halogen or LED.

Your local climate has more to do with how well your wipers function than whether or not they are OEM. Wipers that work fine in California won't last nearly as long through a Michigan Winter.
