  1. IAG air/oil separator

The 2.3 comes factory with an AOS.
  2. 2024 Bronco Big Bend Manual Transmission normal?

Sounds like the MT88 trans noise
  3. 35s on a base badlands?

Adding the Sasquatch package to the MT Badlands is the bad deal at $5k. Adding to the auto should be the more expensive option, but that’s only $3k.
  4. So you got the Sasquatch package? A few words regarding your tires.

Review means nothing without correct pressure.
  5. This guys says his tie rod broke on the highway... has this happened before?

Maybe he found the ā€œbrown noteā€ while driving
  6. New to Off-roading - Bronco Suspension/Wheel Upgrade?

Then you should leave it alone lol. Wider tires, changing offset, spacers, lift, tire poke or anything you change about it to make it look the way you want to, will make it handle worse.
  7. Overinflated tires on brand new Bronco

Badlands non SAS with KO2 is as well
  8. Overinflated tires on brand new Bronco

39 is still too high, especially for the rear. Even at 33, my factory KO2 outer tread blocks don’t fully contact the ground. I’d rather have better traction, better tire wear and a better contact patch for braking than a shitty ride and a .7 MPG improvement.
  9. Rust spots EVERYWHERE

Either they don’t know what rail dust is or that was something entirely different. This is easily resolvable by a professional detailer, as others have said.
  10. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

Strange logic by the dealer. Ford is worried enough about it to issue a recall, so it’s clearly happening often enough.
  11. Hay Harrison !

Link to this thread of the factory plate mount causing overheating issues please.
  12. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

Makes sense. I just wasn’t sure if you were allowed to install that known to fail part. Obviously chances are incredibly low (šŸ˜…) that it will fail by Q3 ā€˜25 if it gets replaced between now and the start of the recall.
  13. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

I’m glad you agree. I’m just curious about what dealers will do for customers where it has already failed. Pump some oil in and plug er up.
  14. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

Who wants to do this? I see tons of cars bouncing down the highway in need of new shocks. A little bounce never killed anyone, probably.
  15. 2-door versus Not Broncos

Change anything you want about the vehicle since the original version. Suspension, engine, steering system, brakes, frame, electronics, body panel material. But so help me fuck… if you give people an option to add a couple doors and some actual cargo space. Then it’s no longer a Bronco. I like...
