  1. DV8 Storage Compartment reviews / experiences?

My Borla muffler is almost the same size as the stock one and it is essentially touching the bottom of the IAG box. As I mentioned in an earlier post I wrapped the bottom of the IAG box in gold flake heat tape, including where it is close/touches. Have had that setup since February and I've...
  2. Random misfire

Plugs have less than 15k miles on them. Was a thought I had if the misfire reappeared, but (knock wood) has not come back since that one instance.
  3. Random misfire

Well this makes a lot of sense and would explain a seemingly "random" misfire. Basically 100% humidity all day that day and heavy rain. I have a larger IC, though it's a low mount, but also have Injen CAI and aftermarket charge pipes.
  4. Random misfire

Interesting you say rainy conditions because the only thing out of the ordinary when it happened was that it was pouring rain.
  5. Random misfire

I guess to put a finer point on this - given that I did not feel any misfire, given that there was no DTC code and given that I've now put about 60 miles on since it happened with no repeat, should I just chalk this up as kind of a random "gremlin" or is this something I should be concerned...
  6. Random misfire

    Correct
  7. Newbie must haves for Georgia mud

Was this at the J19 Adventure Park? I've been building up stuff to start going off road and I was looking at J19 as a good starting trail. I did the Off Rodeo a year ago February and it was an excellent experience and a lot of fun.
  8. Random misfire

Hi all: Was driving yesterday, got on it (about 80% throttle) and not long after hitting peak boost I saw the check engine light flashing. Immediately got out of the throttle. Check engine light continued to flash but never went solid and no warnings or other messages popped up. I did not...
  9. Ford Performance Tune

I don't think you need to wait any amount of time but I also think putting 1k miles on before you do it is not a bad idea - that way you won't be tempted to romp on it before 1k and also you'll have some baseline of what it was like before the ProCal.
  10. 2027 Bronco Filson: Specs, Price, Features, Everything You Need to Know

I did not read the entire thing, but safe to assume this will only be four door? Either way, as others have said I was surprised to see them put the 3.0 in a non-Raptor. If it really is around $70k that's kind of interesting. But they need to make it in a two door.
  11. Storage bags for 2025 Bronco 4 door

The bags are not specific to the Bronco, but the molle panels are. Here is the link for the bags: https://builtrightind.com/products/builtright-industries-tech-pouch-3pc-set-black?_pos=1&_psq=MOLLE+Pouch+-+Black&_ss=e&_v=1.0
  12. Storage bags for 2025 Bronco 4 door

I would put in a recommendation for BuiltRight. Just replaced some cheapo Amazon bags with these and it's a night and day difference. They're not cheap but you can tell they are very high quality.
  13. Base bronco 2dr tire upgrade suggestions

I am very happy with how the Bronco handles on these "pizza cutters," but note that I had them put on shortly after installing a set of Eibach Protruck coilovers with new UCAs and a new adjustable tracbar. Below is a picture of a stock ride height BD 2 door before and after the MTs. It was one...
  14. Base bronco 2dr tire upgrade suggestions

I have the 255/85r17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss on the same wheels you have - I have been very happy with them. Definitely on the heavy side, but they have been really good so far and look great. Haven't yet had them on any kind of real trails but that is coming soon.
  15. please show me your recovery kits and bags.

I've searched a bit but haven't found anything on this specific point (I'm sure there are but I could not locate them). I have a metal tailgate molle panel like OP. Wondering if anyone has a suggestion for some good quality bags to strap to it to carry stuff? I bought some cheapo ones from...
  16. CVF boost piping opinions

I have CPe intercooler with CVF hot and cold charge pipes. No need to remove shutter with CPe intercooler, which is why I went with it. I'm very happy with both. As others have said the charge pipes really wake the engine up. I also did an injen intake at the same time. Highly recommend.
  17. Portable vs. Fixed Air Compressors: Which Side Are You On?

For anyone interested in the Milwaukee M18, the Home Depot has a great sale right now for Memorial Day. Got the M18 with two 6 amp batteries and a charger for $285 shipped.
  18. New here.. Speaker upgrade recommendation

I did the tweaks on Forscan before replacing the speakers and found it was a worthwhile improvement. Considering it's essentially free (assuming you have an OBD adapter an a windows laptop), hard to beat bang for the buck-wise.
  19. Levvit Town Ford Parts - Will not calculate shipping

I've had a couple of good experiences with them. I'd call them or shoot them an email.
