stock truck produces minimal gains, intake, exhaust anything bolt on doesn’t make the truck require Higher octane. When you increase boost, you need a higher combustion temp which octane can produce. E85 is along the same idea

These 10 speeds and the 7 speeds are geared to have the same power bands, the Benefit of the 7spds are the granny gear. The ten speed will never be able to get that low, I so wish FORD sourced/produced a transmission with ZF and be done with it. And behind more than a 2.3!
