good luck with the litigation - I just know it has happened and if dealer x (pun intended) gets away with it dealer y will follow suit have to find "the honest ones" I guess

That's what the Corvette guys said.... in order to win in court you would have to buy the vehicle then sue for the difference plus maybe lost wages.... not many people would go through all that and the dealers know it

So what prevents them from ADM at time of delivery? What was the penalty? The final payment/paperwork is not finalized until then and if you walk they have a rig for the lot. THis happened a lot with the Corvette C8

This is the exact point that I don't think Ford gives x2 sh%$s about. Supply and demand at the expense of the branding that had a great start
