I installed the Mabett Rear Speaker Pods this evening. I added Poly Fill to the Pods and installed the Kicker (47KSC6704) 6 3/4" Speakers. The speakers slipped in place with No modifications at all.
Would they sound better without the Poly Fill? Not sure?
The bump in size from the 4" to the 6...
I run 32-30psi in mine. Passes the Chalk Test where the whole tire tread is on the ground. Very comfortable at this PSI. Sasquatch Tires are rated at 2550 pounds at 35PSI. Front corners on my V6, 4-Door with 37s weigh 1450. No where near the maximum rating.
NO need to run above what the TIRE...
For most, the factory Rake is about 1 1/2" higher in the Rear of the Bronco. The Rough Country 1" Level lift will get the truck almost level. I like this Front level lift because it has small spacers top and bottom of the Coil Over.
Here is a picture of my Sasquatch Badlands with the RC Level...
I have both. Different purposes for each. Both are great to drive offroad or on the highway.
Sounds like you are leaning toward the 2-Door.
I took the rear seats out of my 2-door. Kids are up and gone now, so really not much of a chance others will ride in the back anyway. I added the Goose...
I have done similar as you so far.
I replaced the Factory B&O Speakers with the Kicker KSC series speakers front and rear in my 2-door. I have also installed the Kicker 48CWRT82 8" Subwoofer in the factory Sub Box. I am getting additional Bass response compared to stock, but I will add an...
I have the B&O in my 23 2-Door. I installed Kicker Speakers and an 8" Subwoofer.
Kicker:
47KSC404 - 4" - (3) Front Dash
47KSC6705 - 6 3/4" - (4) Kick Panels and Mabett Rear Pods
48CWRT - 8" Subwoofer
All of these installed with no issues. Crutchfield had the Kick Panel 6 3/4" as the direct...
There are two Positive and Negative terminals on the Kicker Subwoofer as well just as original. Factory wires for now. I will rewire when I install the Subwoofer Amp.
Here is a 285/75/18 on a 18x9 wheel at +12 offset. Sasquatch Flares included. The outside bulge of the tire is even with the outside edge of the Flare.
With a -12 Offset and a Standard Flare the tire will stick out about 2 inches beyond the Flare.
I installed the Kicker 48CWRT82 Rear Subwoofer yesterday. Even though I did reuse the Original Sub Box, there is a lot of room behind the Passenger side quarter panel for a custom (Larger) enclosure and additional Amps.
The Trim Panel itself is pretty easy to remove. Just start at the rear near...
I have the B&O system in my 2-Door. The Sub Box and the AMP are completely different than what you have. The Kicker 8" Subwoofer almost dropped right into place. The one corner near the AMP was trimmed and bingo!
Pathetic Factory Subwoofer
There ia actually a lot of room for a better Sub...
With that much negative offset your tires will stick out past the Fender Flares, even the wider Sasquatch Fender Flares. I've had wheels with a +18 installed and had plenty of room between the tire and the Upper Control Arms.
Personally, I would go with more offset. +20-0. Even the stock...
The Stage 8 is extremely nice!
A lifted Bronco on 37s is NOT supposed to handle like that. The harder you push it the more response you get from the suspension. Most importantly, I feel that Icon got the spring rates correct and it's tuned very well for the Bronco.
Since it is controlled by...
