Remove the small plastic alignment pins. (Post as you called them) Then install with the 2 factory screws.

That is an OEM Heritage Grill. I have not seen an Aftermarket Grill With the FORD letters yet.

Here is a 285/75/18 tire (Taller than a Sasquatch Tire) on a 18x9 with a +12 Offset. They do not stick out past the Sasquatch Flare. Sasquatch Suspension and 1" Level Lift up front. Voxx 18x9s are one of the very few Old School looking Polished Aluminum wheels with a Positive Offset.

I certainly would not want to rely on this tire, even as a spare. Does not look like a candidate for warranty claim. Get it replaced before you have a real issue with it.
