OEM parts like these are not "machined" per-se. It's too costly.
The hex was likely impact forged and the threads rolled.
Faster to produce at a lower cost and stronger.
Depending on the level of HT, they could be rolled afterwards, but likely before.
From the first picture, looks like the...
IMHO, $400 for a set of UCA seems way too low. Likely made overseas.
I've had good luck with Camburg, and Total Chaos over the last 20 years.
If you want to keep the balljoints, vs sphericals, Camburg may be making those, as well as SPC and 4WP. Think the 4WP are made south of the border.
But...
I use Motorcraft oil and filters. I think most all oils, if rated correctly, will do the job. Change your oil and filter on schedule and that's 90% of the battle.
Not following this statement.
Worked on numerous CV joints and have never seen joints mis-align to the shaft.
If the CV cage/star/balls were assembled correctly, they should work fine.
RCV claims higher CV angles are possible vs stock, so don't think the CV is over extended and binding...
You can add a little dry silicone spray on the body where the slider rides. should help in quieting it down some. It should eventually wear in and get quieter.
@Dusty yes, the 4WP coil-overs are made by Walker.
I heard a rumor the shock line from Walker was bought by Fox, but haven't heard...
For me, second would be rack and tie rods for wheeling.
Iām really interested in the Fox bypass shocks. They should have a far better ride than the 2.0 Bilsteins.
shocks/springs numbers are in this thread.
thereās another that had discussions on the Raptor/3,0 rack and TRE parts.

Not sure. If it's the same as the WT, a BL has .6" more wheel travel.
Swapping these into another vehicle, say a BL or Non-3.0 WT, and the suspension height will be likely critical due to the inner bypass sleeve.
Still think it's work on any SAS equipped vehicle, possibly in a BL.
Miss going to the hammers.
Attended and supported racers in the first 5 years. Tons of fun.
Looking back, we used to think 5K people attending was a HUGE deal. lol
Braptor has live valve shocks. Would be a royal PITA to swap into another vehicle.
RVDTs or position sensors and integration into the main ECU would be a mess.
Thought @flip posted some stuff that eluded to the possible price of those.
Rear anti-roll bar was supposed to be added on certain packages. Thought I saw High and Lux.
