An issue with mounting heavy things high up such as on a roof rack is that it seriously changes the vehicle's center of gravity. Not a huge deal for on road travel but can become a danger when off roading.

This place.... I didn't see anything that would have been impossible with my trailer. It is an old school Packmule with a Cartwright hitch which allows for great articulation. There is nothing hanging low under the trailer as it uses coil spring torsion axles (coils are around the axle tube)

That's a lot of weight to be hanging that far back from bumper. Especially with all the other gear you will be carrying in the back of Bronco Perhaps you should consider a small off road trailer. (Those are 33" tires for scale)
