This happened to mine also. Luckily, I noticed while at the dealership still. It took them 15 minutes to reprogram the PDM and then it worked fine.

I got my 2022 BD four-door updated with this feature back in November. It was a DDM and PDM update and took just a few minutes at the dealership while I waited. It works great. DDM is drivers door module. PDM is passenger door module.

I don’t think I used Sport mode much prior to 1,000 miles, so I cannot compare before/after. But I don’t notice any particular rough shift points with my MT in Sport.

Hi, all. My dealership installed the DDM and PDM updates today. The window short-drop feature works great, as OP explained. I have a 2022 Black Diamond 4-door with a June build date. Perhaps the updates are only out for four doors now, because Ducati's 2-door didn’t have one ready yet...

Yep. You got it. This worked. I was able to turn the hook at least two times around. It’s a much tighter clamping now. Thanks.

Mine’s actually at the dealer for unrelated reasons. But while it’s there they plan to update it themselves. We’ll see what version it ends up at!
