  1. 60th Anniversary Fender Badge Availability

In true Ford fashion. At least they took the time to mimic the raised ribs that would have been used on a real pot metal emblem of the day that was painted.
  2. Rock rails/Steps - current ones aren't good enough

Any White Knuckle folks out there? I've used them on another much heavier application with great success, but they seem to be absent in mention on this forum.
  3. Victron IP67 25A Battery Charger Mount Photos

Nice install! Love me some Victron! I use the IP67's (four of them), their solar charge controllers on my Four Wheel Camper and pusher RV. Their app is nice showing charge history and the level of customization they let you do is pretty impressive. Firmware updates with docs on the regular...
  4. Installed stage 2 clutch ( south bend ), now my master cylinder has been replaced 3 times looking for aftermarket

Please, if the engine has oil pressure, you're not going to do damage to a thrust bearing. :ROFLMAO:
  5. 4A transfer case does it have a mechanical lock in 4H

So in 4A it is either engaged then fully when wheel slip via ABS is detected, or 2HI otherwise correct? There is no partial engagement letting the clutches slip to vary output F/R? (and the front driveshaft is always spinning, ie no front axle disconnect?)
  6. Aggressive running boards - SOS

off-road rock anchors. but hey, looks like you can slice vegetables with the steps while you wait for extraction help.
  7. FK Off-Road Auxiliary Fuel Tank

Looks like it uses a low volume Venturi effect to suck fuel from the aux tank if you watch the video. Hence why they add an additional fuel filter inline from the aux over to the stock tank. Not sure what happens when that aux tank is empty. Also, it seemed like I read that the return line from...
  8. FK Off-Road Auxiliary Fuel Tank

The gallons of gas in the tank that the PCM thinks it has may be irrelevant then if you ran around with the sender not connected. BUT I still think that the vacuum pull down is timed. If you increase that volume, (both tanks near empty of liquid) it will take much longer to get down to whatever...
  9. FK Off-Road Auxiliary Fuel Tank

The EVAP cycle itself. Pretty sure there are MAP tables that when the cycle starts, it should take X number of seconds to pull the tank down to X and hold that vac for X amount of time, given X amount of fuel that it thinks it has. If not, code thrown. That's what I'm talking about.
  10. FK Off-Road Auxiliary Fuel Tank

In addition to what is stated above, I'd wonder if you wouldn't get EVAP codes. Even if plumbed correctly, you've still increased the volume, which would not be calulated correctly. Vacuum drawdown time would conceivably be much longer given whatever amount of fuel the truck thinks it has...
  11. Flat Towing 2023 Bronco Raptor - Parking Brake Engaged during tow

The manual in infotainment screen should be current, otherwise do a ChatG or google search... ain't that hard.
  12. Flat Towing 2023 Bronco Raptor - Parking Brake Engaged during tow

Do you have a constant (when connected to the coach) 12+ volts going to charge the Bronco while underway or parked? And/or did you pull the two fuses underwood? (pretty sure that also applies to the Braptor) AFAIK pulling the fuses is Ford's current work-around. Can't remember if that is for...
  13. If You HAD to Pick One… 🎄Christmas Tire Cover Edition

Can you add, "SNOWBIRDS GO HOME!!" on the grinch one for us Arizona natives?
  14. Bronco Towing: Is flat towing better than dolly or trailer??

He's not towing anything. Some of us that are knowledgeable (and board at work) bit. Unfortunately.
  15. Bronco Towing: Is flat towing better than dolly or trailer??

There are electric pumps that some people use on various toads. There are also driveline disconnects. Many ways to do it.
  16. Idea - hitch mount rack for 3 jerry cans.

Keep things off the roof unless you have to. Lower CG is your friend, especially with the limited articulation of IFS.
  17. Idea - hitch mount rack for 3 jerry cans.

In a word, no. I've got professionally built double swings on two built rigs. The Wagon can carry two Jerry's, the LX three. Both have been to Doll House, (the LX twice, and she's a thirsty piggy, 15 extra gallons on those trips). Problem is, you get that much weight, cantilevered off the...
  18. Powering Winch with AUX + Relay / Isolator

Dunno. Every winch I've used is hot all the time, and you use a removable hand held corded controller. Are you talking about powering off a RF controller instead?
  19. 5.0 coyote is most reliable ford engine....

So ~5 years is enough to establish that?
