Pictures indeed tend to mute things. But like I told you in another thread, just keep doing what you’re doing and there’ll come a day when something like that won’t intimidate you. You will just slowly, precisely and carefully go right up it.

Tyler, I’d guess the only folks that can answer your question difinitively are the folks that make the tops. The rest of us can only speculate. In my case, I have accessories that utilize many of the holes you mention including Mountains2 Metal attic shelf and Goat cross brace stiffener.

I just installed these. Like them a lot. Kind of pricey but don’t get in the way or hit my leg. You can even slide big Yeti cup into it w/o problem.

This is what they look like at about 40k miles. New plugs changed the sound and the idle for the better, ie quieter and smoother.
