  1. Mountains2Metal's New Flip Down Attic Shelf

Mine gets delivered tomorrow. Will hold my recovery gear.
  2. TSB 22-2392 (Please Help Me Stay Positive) Charging System Fault Message In The Instrument Panel Cluster - Mud Accumulation In Generator

Bert, you have two issues. First is the alternator. Been there done that and they fixed mine under warranty. The TSB puts a shield on the bottom rear side of the alternator. The front top remains wide open. When one looks down from the top, copper windings are still visible. The...
  3. Looking for rear shelf

It’s a Mountains2Metal shelf. It comes in a fixed model and one that swings up for more money. Mine swings which comes in handy when you need to carry something big. My recovery gear rides on it and is zip tied down so stuff stays put in case of an accident. I’m awaiting delivery of M2M’s swing...
  4. Looking for rear shelf

This might be slightly higher than the headrests and doesn’t require mole panels but does require M2M mounting plates. Not certain if this is what your looking for or not.
  5. Turn winch plate with frame horn reinforcement

@TLO, I can’t speak to your specific situation but mine had what I’ll call a saddle on the back side of the frame horn that holds the nuts for the three long bolts which hold the bumper on. That saddle hangs over the frame and is held in place via a welded stud on the frame horn with plastic...
  6. Turn winch plate with frame horn reinforcement

No. When I started I was certain I’d have to either cut the tab off or notch the skid plate, but didn’t need to. It was close, but cleared. You can see the tab in relation to skid plate In the pic.
  7. Front End Friday! Show off your Bronco!

The Grandson lives in Charlotte so we try to hit Uwharrie whenever we’re there. The two trails to check out are Jeep badge of honor trail Dickie Bell and Daniel. Rain will make both much harder. We’ve done Dickie Bell, but went down the major obstacle. Have also done back side of Daniel...
  8. Front End Friday! Show off your Bronco!

    Uwharrie?
  9. Heritage Edition 2-Door Build (Xpel Stealth PPF, TrailRax Modular Half Rack, FP Axle Back)

@BlackDiamondPHX, very nice. Can you explain in more detail what you meant by “the noise reduction from the hardtop”. Thanks. Contented
  10. Best Rear Cargo Area Storage Solutions?

OP, I suspect you’ll get a wide range of answers. There are many products out there. Each of us carries different stuff for different purposes. I like this mountains2metal tip up shelf. I keep my recovery gear zip tied to it.
  11. Granby / Winterpark, Colorado

@indio22, it takes the time that comes with age to accumulate the mileage that wears on body parts. We’ve hiked, backpacked and walked nearly 6,000 miles. We’re both in our 70’s. Feet, hips, knees and back are starting to say enough is enough. But we’ve seen many amazing places that I...
  12. Granby / Winterpark, Colorado

@MileHighCitizen, thanks for the insight. We have reserved an Airbnb in Granby. We were long time hikers and backpackers on whom age has taken its toll. Just physically can't hike up to the pass in Maroon Bells anymore. Even flatter distance is pretty much out of the question. The Bronco gives a...
  13. Granby / Winterpark, Colorado

We are planning a get out of the heat, explore, and wheel a bit trip to the mountains of Colorado from mid July to mid August in the Granby/Frasier/Winterpark area. I know this is resort/ski country and assume the snow is gone by then. There are many eateries along this corridor. Are they...
  14. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Installed LOD Offroad front bumper frame tie-in brackets today on my MOD bumper and RC High Winch Mount. Originally had thoughts of doing some additional custom fab but decided I didn’t want to weld on the frame, so installed it as it came. Did it all by myself. Harbor Freight offroad floor...
  15. Painted my beauty rings gloss black. Badlands SAS

I’ve painted mine. Mine get scratched often enough that when they get sufficiently beat up, I remove, sand and repaint.
  16. BulletTheBronco is ready for Moab... tips?

Stay on the marked trails. Moab isn’t like Sand Hollow where one can drive about anywhere. If you new, try Fins and Things and Top of the World which is a bit harder.
  17. Crooked tailgate door fix?

OP, thanks for the pics. As @Trialmx suggested, I also believe the issue is with your fenders. Tailgate is level at the top with both fenders but gaps are wider at the bottom on both sides with right side being the worst. That indicates the fenders are the culprit. I’ve adjusted my tailgate...
