Raptor is an excellent beach buggy....it makes a terrible second car because it is the one you always grab the keys when you go almost anywhere. I average over 15k miles a year for the last three years...and I work from home. Heck, I sold by Boxster because I wasnt driving it anymore.

This thing has all the aerodynamics of a brick....20MPG highway is my guess....at 65 mph-ish. Start cruising at 80 and those turbos will increase fuel demand.

Because they became a warranty issue, not uncommon for Raptors to have the plastic pan fail, mine hasn't, yet.

It's all personal choice after a 1000 B&P mock ups, the BD, 2.7 with mid seems like the best choice for what I am looking for with price considerations. I would have preferred a torsen front diff anyway for my purposes.

I actually like what I do, but I am still retiring in 4 years at 57....life is short, buy the beach house. :)

Full syn I’m not brand loyal as long as the spec meets the requirement. It will be changed every 5000 miles. I know Ford says it’s OK but I prefer not to run a blended oil with turbos.

My gut says the tuning for the Bronco is 'remove the 'Wrangler' from the mold and use the new OEM tire mold that knocks a 1/16" of the tread depth..

The DORA from my Raptor had none of that but then again that was a June of 2017 for a 2018 order.

As long as they dont mount the front license plate holder and dont throw there stupid dealer sticker on the tail somewhere, I'll be happy.
