OP, I’ve had to lemon a Subaru and a Ram here in Ca, if you have questions or a super easy attorney I can recommend one that helped me. Years back I did a ford buy back on an F150 and it took a while but Ford really came through, newer year model and more features.

If one was to go through all of that I’d say cut it out and build a custom one, .120 wall DOM should do it, fully custom, speaker points where you want em, more clearance and all the rigidity you can handle. Factory is just that factory. Go big or go home🇺🇸

I’ve done multiple ARB set ups in my jeeps and they’ve worked very well but FWIW in my Bronco I toss in my miluakee M18 inflator. It’s easy, only 166.00 (plus batteries) and I can use it anywhere without needing to wire anything to the car. Many options out there good luck

Grab some 3D products and hit the wash. I use final touch or bead off after every auto wash. Every 4 washes I hand wash, clean (clay) the paint and hand wax, after a year and a ton of auto washes the paint looks better than new. 3D makes some amazing products for maintaining and detailing cars.

Late last year my AC went out. Condenser failed. Dealer had it about 24 hours to R&R and recharge system. Been great since. Side note it spent last week at the dealer for cam phasers. 9k on the clock now 2023 HE 2.7

As of my last correspondence the parts will arrive Monday and expected fix next week, having make a few adjustments to small items as well. They gave me a nice new GMC Sierra for a loaner but I miss the Bronco and am ready for its return. On the bright side I’ll get a free oil change outta it!
