From my understanding it’s only on the Rubicon, Rubicon X, and 392. Also assuming that’s only on the 4-door, and the 2-door it’s 3,500 on those models.

It’s this long mostly because it keeps gettin bumped. I’ve seen / heard of no buybacks and maybe 1 vehicle / transmission thats failed but unknown if related to the noise / TSB. Id rather them take their time and fix it right then offering out 3-4 different revisions of fixes. Other then that...

I changed mine at 1k miles then it’s oil monitor after that. Some of you must work for oil companies. No reason to change it less than 5k miles unless you think you got contamination in the oil or it’s been over a year.
