  1. That’s it I need to rant

Well shit!! Went to the Local Ford Dealer to 'browse' and ended up bringing this home (well, on Monday as I need to get my pin #) to hold me over until my 2023 Bronco gets here :). Giving my CR-V to a grand son so needed another vehicle I can tow. Got a screaming deal with D-plan and incentives...
  2. Anybody else thinking about cancelling if their build estimate is 2022?

How do you like the '21 Ranger? I was thinking of popping for a '21 XLT 4X4 with FX4 off road pkg, kind of hold me over until my late '22 Bronco gets here, providing I don't like the Ranger so much I just say to hell with it.
  3. That’s it I need to rant

I can understand your frustration, for a supposedly world class company, and being a first time Ford (maybe) buyer, I am not impressed with their performance so far. I also have a plan 'B' which is looking better and better, getting my approximate build date will tell, I have the cash so just...
  4. Bronco July 2021 Production Scheduling Memo

But maybe he is one of those guys that wants one of each, we do have some of those.
  5. I want Tim's Ford Dealer

HAHA! I was a CO also, and you speak true, I don't believe anything I read and only half of what I see!
  6. Tow package hitch and plugs pics (2021 Bronco)

Should be, my vehicle is that way, have to put the pin in from the Right while holding the lock set up to the left side hole to get it to lock.
  7. MAP Rumored to Add a Third Production Shift in Q4

Sorry, left out the word 'combined' in the $600 a week. My neighbor owns a warehousing business, has 8 openings for workers at $17.50 starting with benefits, has only filled 2 spots in 5 weeks, no takers.
  8. 4WP Bronco Upfits Packages & Parts

Actually because this includes Dealer labor costs ($160/hr here) and install it's not that bad unless you can do the work yourself.
  9. MAP Rumored to Add a Third Production Shift in Q4

If it was only unemployment yes, but add in the $300 a week Federal payments and it jumps up over $17, and those payments have been extended again.
  10. MAP Rumored to Add a Third Production Shift in Q4

Yep, the Governor extended it thru Sept, average unemployment is around $300 a week on top of the federal payments, and he just authorized a one time $600 check for those making between 20-50K who were impacted by the pandemic. I have no issue with that as many people need help. My spouse and I...
  11. MAP Rumored to Add a Third Production Shift in Q4

One would hope, my Dad was a sharecropper in Ok in the 40's, moved to Texas then on to Calif to farm. Worked every day of his life and instilled in us kids that work ethic. He had a simple rule that has worked well, stand on you own two feet, work hard, and keep your word. I saw him make...
  12. MAP Rumored to Add a Third Production Shift in Q4

The Gov is giving people 600 a week, and california is giving them an additional unemployment of $350 a week, that's $3800 a month, that's over $23 and hour for 40 hour weeks. So why would they get a job for $15
  13. MAP Rumored to Add a Third Production Shift in Q4

You smoking some good shit if you got that out of my post, love how you just snatched that out of thin air.
  14. MAP Rumored to Add a Third Production Shift in Q4

That's because the Gov is paying people so much to sit home no one wants to work, we have the same issue out here. Hundreds of jobs paying $17-21 an hour going unfilled because people are making that much at home.
  15. 2023 Subaru Solterra

  16. The gas shortage.

Same here, headed out to the Grand Tetons NP, RV gets 9 MPG
  17. The gas shortage.

I have an e-Bike that will do 50 miles on a charge @20MPH, gas here is at $3.85, but our Gov will let it go, last shortage it went to over $5
  18. MAP Rumored to Add a Third Production Shift in Q4

I guess Ford is hoping they can ramp up by the Q4 to meet some of the demand.
