I believe you can buy just the front one from Ruxer Ford, you’d want to call them to figure out the right part number for your Bronco. Shipping one be cheap but might not be a deal breaker for just the front

Are you sure that's not an automatic post done in their system for any reserved order so that it limits the number of people calling in about it? I'd check on that before blowing them up

Use a plastic trim and pull from the bottom left or right edge, there are 4 pop tabs along the bottom and then slide it down towards the floor (there are angled slide tabs above each pop tab). Right side in picture is the top of the panel
