  1. Tailgate tables, no good ones for the bronco!

I decided, after seeing options, price, fit, etc. to go this route. The GCI folding table. Yes, it's not the same, but for the purpose of "table" it checks all the boxes.

@BroncoBrianAtl many of our fellow Bronco owners are removing factory parts and replacing with aftermarket parts. Those factory parts that are being "taken off" (currently mostly wheels, tires, bumpers, etc.) are posted in market places for sale. These are often referred to as "take offs" (at...

@BroncoBrianAtl Fronts as mentioned, are easily stored in the back of the Bronco in the supplied bag. We've pulled the middle of and with the rear seats folded down, can easily store in the back also. We've done this a few times. But when we go full topless, we store everything at home.

Lots of great comments and experiences shared. I'm a MIC 2.0 owner and have no issues thus far, but I do envy the ease of "dropping the top" when the urge comes to go topless. We easily remove the front and mid sections, but the rear remains most of the time for convenience. Regarding wind...

@cashe3 I need to head up there for a day of sightseeing and perhaps a picnic lunch to get acclimated to what's available up there.

@KPLOBX from my dirtbike days, wet can change an easy trail into quite a challenging experience. I figure moisture = 5x difficulty :-)
  7. When are enough mods enough? A new truck owner discovers the 4x4 aftermarket 😵‍💫

The winch is like insurance... hard to pay for right up until the moment, you need it then it becomes the best investment on the vehicle! I'm starting to save my pennies to get a winch mounded on the front of my Bronco.

Great pics... sounds like I'll need a little more time behind the wheel of the Bronco before I'm ready to tackle Beasley Knob. I'm just getting my bearings on off-roading with the Bronco. But very much looking forward to more adventures.
  9. Bronco Off-Rodeo Tx... it's a wrap!

The schedule is posted / shared via Bronco Nation. Check out this site for details and registration Bronco Off-Roadeo | Off-Road Outdoor Adventure Playground (broncooffroadeo.com)
  10. Bronco Off-Rodeo Tx... it's a wrap!

Agreed. There was talk of opening up locations for paid attendance... some advanced stuff so not just the same type of Off-Rodeo, but building on skills. More to come, but it's cool they are thinking in that direction.
  11. Bronco Off-Rodeo Tx... it's a wrap!

Not sure I can say much more about the Bronco Off-Rodeo (Texas edition) that hasn't already been said. To steal a phrase from Ferris Bueller, "if you have the means, I highly recommend it... it is so choice!". We [my wife and I] went into this event with our glasses empty... ready to learn all...

And that's how you do an epic roadtrip!

@Billnchristy I totally understand and to be honest, I'm not looking to be out there "racing" around, but more just cruising and enjoying the great outdoors. I'm looking for a place like Talladega National Forest Trail here in Georgia. :-)

I'm always concerned about coming up on head-to-head traffic. The faster movers are also a bit of a concern. Not like I wanna be stuck in traffic out there in the woods... it's supposed to be an escape and enjoyable ride :-)

The nice thing about the Bronco... it is happy getting dirty during the day, and it's just as happy cleaning up for a night out!
  16. 2200 miles to the Texas Off-Roadeo and back to Florida!

Thanks for the post and quite timely as my wife and I are making the journey to Texas Off-Rodeo this week. Driving from the Atlanta area, also going to make it a "journey"!
  17. So what is "it" about the Bronco (for you)?

Bronco legacy drew me in, but driving it just puts a smile on my face. We are looking to make the Bronco our adventure vehicle, take us to places we've never been across this country of ours.

Congrats on the good news! Regarding finding trails, I've started to look through All Trails, OnX OffRoad and some of the other trail / gps apps. Additionally, I've been looking through Trips posts to find out where others are venturing. Like you, I have set some guidelines on the types of...
  20. Anyone else change their driving habits after getting Bronco?
