In all reality... I really should be running a relay on the up fitter switch 1.

Friend of mine has his mounted on his Turn Half Rack on his two door. (On the back). It is an ARB 4' Awning I believe.

Cleaned up all the pads and the top really well, re-installed it and zero issues! Also put a little silicone grease on all the roof gaskets at the same time. All good now.

Question to those with this rack or the OP... How tight do you tighten the bolts that secure the rack to the Bronco? I believe I had mine too tight because I was getting a general squeaking sound and even more when the Bronco flexes a little. Took the rack off and problem solved. Thinking...

Thanks for sharing this! I swung in to Lowe’s today, grabbed a couple things and did only steps 1,2,3,7 and what a game changer! We live in AZ and only get a couple more months until the panels go back on for summer.
