I don’t think it is in any way acceptable. But beggars can’t be choosers, and I went in knowing it may be end of 2023, and by a stroke of luck and allocation dice roll I ended up being a lucky beggar.

Ordered a BB 2D, 2.7, MIC, SAS, Mid with dealer on 1/17/22. Got assigned a vin and build date of 3/7/22 today (1/21/22) 😄

Go with what he said, once it generates vin they can see your build date from their myview planner on the wbdo dashboard.
