Usually, what I would do is twist the wire tip, then fold it down over the wire casing. That way you give the butt connector more to bite onto. We used a small flathead to carefully get it started with the panel tool, then worked it down from there. If that doesn't work for you...you can also...

The flush tails don't have DRLs. If you're referring to the park lamps, those turn on at night when the switch is in AUTO or if you turn the switch to park light. Those don't turn on automatically during the day.

We did not encounter this on our install. However, in normal cases when trying to put this PMMA cable into an opening that is slightly larger, some adhesive on the fin goes a long way!

That particular panel is pretty tight. You should be able to use the included panel tool to help feed that fin into that space. Essentially creating a slightly larger gap to push into as you go.

You're looking at 24W total, so would be less than 2a.

Depends on the wattage tolerance for the zone lighting. We haven't had a chance to test that yet. Best option would be to a switch, whether that's an added toggle, OEM AUX, or an aftermarket upfitter like the SwitchPros.

Basically, the OEM Mirror Cap is removed and replaced with this one. These draw 12W each.

These are intended for peripheral illumination at distance & won't really cover below the mirrors or around the wheels. Rock Lights are the best use case for that. We have several options you can view HERE.

Yes, this can be done. The cables actually drop right into the engine compartment right where the switch wires are! We plan on testing this soon, but these should be low enough draw to where this won't be an issue. More info coming soon. Stay tuned in!
