I wish I would have told them no stickers, but I didn't. I figured they would put a sticker on the body and I would remove it with a heat gun. The dealer put a sticker on my soft top rear window. It wasn't easy to get the sticker off, but I got it off with a hair dryer and WD40.
My Bronco came in with the windshield cracked. I have been waiting for the replacement for about two weeks. I bought the hood deflector and installed it last week. I'm sure the Bronco windshield will be like my Jeep's windshield. It needed to be replaced once a year. The last time I had the...
My engine oil temp and transmission oil temp are both reading around 195 when everything is warmed up. I'm sure those numbers will go up in the summer.
Looks like the Head Hog has joined the Bronco community! I wonder if we can get him to join us in a get together? He got a sweet looking Razorback red Wildtrack!
I don't think there is a dimmer for those. I thought they might be attached to the gauge lights, but they don't change when adjusting. This is off subject, but would you mind taking a picture of your floor lights? I am trying to find where they are located so I can see if the wiring harness...
I posted this on another thread, but I didn't get a response. Does anyone have any pictures of the ambient floor lights and their location? I want see if the wiring harness is in my Badlands. If the harness is there, I can add floor lights and maybe a couple of overhead lights. It would be...
Mine shifts rough on the lower gears when the trans temp is cold. Once the trans temp comes up , the shifting smoothes out. I usually notice it for about five minutes in the morning when I take off for work.
Does anyone have any pictures of the ambient footwell light locations on the Bronco? Has anyone found out if the wiring and plug are there on non ambient lighting models? I would like to add more lighting, but I want them to work like factory lighting if possible.
My Bronco has valve stem caps that have a Nitrogen label too. Dealer did not charge me for putting Nitrogen in my tires, so maybe Ford used Nitrogen in the tires.
I was getting asked by coworkers, family, and friends at least once a week. Hey man, when is that Bronco of yours supposed to arrive? I would go on to tell them I didn't know when because of this delay or that delay, yada, yada, yada. Finally I got a vin, then a build date, then a delay, then...
Took a year and a few days to get mine. There are people on here that have been waiting for a year and a half with no build date. There are some who have waited a few months and have their Broncos. What it comes down to is dealer allocation and part constraints.
I got one from the Ford accessory catalog. It says it will fit up to a 32" tire, but I was able to fit it on a 33". Definitely wouldn't fit 35" tire though.
Thats
It is probably the silicone spray that is coming off of the rubber strips then. I have noticed the same thing on my Bronco too. I didn't really think about it until you posted this, but everytime I put silicone spray on my weather stripping or soft top on my Jeep I would get the same...
