That texture on the plastic is a great match, nice job. I did the same thibg with my 3D printer but the texture isn't as good as that.

Where are you looking to install it? Personally I think the best option for that would be to utilize the bolts in the roll cage above the passengers, so maybe figure out what size their threads are and replace them with a hook? I think they might be M6 x 1.0

Those are actually pop out fasteners. You can pull on them hard or use a plastic pry tool to get them out

Is the temperature reading off when you first get in or is it also wrong after driving for 5-10 minutes? If it's the first one, that's normal and it's because of where the sensor is located. If it's the second one, I'd replace it

I'd either skip the ppf or reapply after, I don't think cutting the ppf around it would look good after a little while when stuff builds up on the edges.
