Opened up the clearance around the tire valve stem today. It is easier to get the Speedflate chuck off the valve stem now. Here's some pics.

Same difficulty with the RR wheels. My plan is to use a die grinder and remove material from the deco ring for easier access to the valve stem. I'll post a picture once I'm finish.

Thanks. If I have this right, the outer tie rod end was collateral damage after the inner tie rod broke.

Dang....you broke the inner and outer! First time I've seen an outer break.

In the event the bumper takes a hard hit from below (as dropping off a step), the gap could ensure the body doesn't get damaged by the bumper.

Question for anyone who has experienced a snapped tie rod on the trail and did an on-the-spot repair, was it easy to remove the broken piece of inner tie rod from the outer tie rod?

My former (new) Kawasaki Concours 14 only came with one fob. If lost, it was an ECU and fob replacement deal.

Here's another listing that shows one key fob for a 2024.
