  1. Just a Thought on ADM

changing the agreed upon price AFTER the fact is hardly the same as asking a premium for an in demand hot commodity. Dealers who change the price AFTER the order are opportunistic crooks.
  2. Bad news about MIC 2.0 quality after a few days

LOL, it was intended to be funny, but I realized it might be misconstrued so I changed it. fail on one level or another I suppose
  3. Bad news about MIC 2.0 quality after a few days

dang, was your first house made out of straw?
  4. ETA pushed a month back after Bronco produced?

Yes. Some people here were built in June, July, August and still waiting “in production”. My August 4th build FE just finally got finished and shipped on Monday. Almost 3 months of waiting in my case since built. I wouldn’t expect that for you at this stage of the game though.
  5. FINAL UPDATE: Complete Engine Failure - SAS Big Bend - 3wk Old / 1000mi / 2.7L EcoBoost

I’m sorry your Bronco’s engine failed. You could ask your dealer to apply for VLA and because of the qualifying catastrophic failure Ford MAY offer assistance in trading you out of the vehicle to help cover depreciation up to maybe 10% of the sticker price of the vehicle. Or you can call the...
  6. *** DIRT MOUNTAIN Broncos - Built, Shipped, Delivered Tracker***

I got the email today around noon. My August 4th build bronco “HAS BEEN BUILT” and is scheduled to arrive Nov 2-8 (just one more week)! it’s about time, been ”in production” for nearly 3 months now.
  7. VIN number has disappeared?

As far as I know, my FE has been sitting on Dirt Mountain since August 4th. My VIN recently disappeared from the tracker for a few days and then returned. Still no Bronco yet though. Still showing “In production” for nearly 3 months…
  8. "Dirt mountain" Bronco storage lot - video & pics from today

Yes, does anyone have any updates on progress at Dirt Mountain?
  9. How long until someone figures out a fix / tweak / mod to pull the rear soft top window tight?

i couldn’t disagree more. I don’t love the wavy windows, but the clamshell feature is ingenious. I suspect that anyone who has ever tried to load grocery bags of pack for a family beach or camping trip in a Wrangler would agree. Ford in part addressed this issue by making the tailgate taller...
  10. First Edition Bronco Thread

what is shown in that photo is a plastic rivet. They would have to drill a hole first and then install the plastic rivet with a special rivet gun (typically hand operated) some Ford cars require plastic rivets, some you just run screws into the bumper. Bronco does not to my knowledge require...
  11. Emotional journey has ended

That is a truly touching story. I'm very sorry for you and your son's loss. I hope you guys make lots of memories together enjoying your new Bronco.
  12. Just a Thought on ADM

If you had an item for sale wouldn’t you want to get the maximum selling price that the market would bear? you’d be a fool not to. The dealers are no different. They are running a business to make money. (I’m in now way condoning dealers who try to force adm on reservation holders after the...
  13. My Bronco arrived at the dealership.... but delivery hold due to airbag recall

8/4 build date here (smack dab in the middle of the dates listed in the recall). Still stuck on DM but not showing any open FSA’s on OASIS so far. 🤞
  14. 📊 2022 Bronco Allocations Formula Per Dealer

🙄🙄 You must be living in some altered “reality”.
  15. Aftermarket alternatives to Factory Tow Package -- what about wiring?

short version: if you need trailer lights then just keep the factory tow package
  16. What do you do if key fob damaged

Initiates the self destruct sequence. (Only available with Mid Package or higher) 1. Press Lock button 2. Press “2x” button twice 3. Run
  17. 2021 Bronco snaps both tie rods valiantly on extreme obstacle (Queens Throne obstacle on K2 trail)

FWIW, your F-150 and the new Bronco do both have serviceable nner rods AND Outer tie rod ends. It may exist, but I’ve never seen a steering rack that didn’t have both with serviceable parts. F-150 Bronco should not require removal of the EPAS rack in either case.
  18. Request: MyColor

Yes, MyColor is a customizable ambient lighting feature on some Fords where you can choose the color of the lighting in the foot wells, cup holders etc. But it’s not a thing on the Bronco to my knowledge.
  19. Interior falling apart

your speakers are definitely covered under your “bumper to bumper” 3/36 warranty. Your service tech and/or advisor were full of shit. Now extended warranty, maybe or maybe not depending on your coverage/policy level.
