it's amazing how poorly Ford.com is run. I cannot fathom making several changes on a live website (with as much traffic as Ford.com does, no less) with apparently no QA what so ever. In any of the companies I have worked for or am currently working for(both for profit and non profit), heads...
I do understand that. My order is already a soft top. But if there is anything else I can do(within reason) to improve my chances, I will consider it. Hence my question.
anyone with visibility seeing any patterns on what's being previewed this week? Last week, someone mentioned that all the previews he saw was with advanced 4x4 (it could be just with his limited sample size). Wondering if a similar pattern is showing this week. Debating if I want to change trims...
AH, you are putting the blocker into it too. I did see you mention that in the last reply, but it completely escaped me while thinking about the wiring. I was thinking to buy some kind of pre-made spade pigtails (20cm wire), crimp the 571-2-1419158-5-CT onto the bare wire end, and then insert...
NICE!!!
thoughts on using something similar to this so it saves you some work? although I don't see the wire size specified, so there is a chance it's too thick for the pins. (doubt it.. it is cheap wires from Amazon, so will most likely be on the thinner side)...
Absolutely agree and in the same situation. I've daily driven manuals for the last 15 years or so. The only auto car in the household is the wife's. Her current car is a 2015 VW Golf Sportwagen, and I actually like that car in every way except the auto transmission...
It upshifts too early as...
If the testing is just based on software, he should've brought a 30k base 2 door(or 38k sas 2 door if you want to have proper tire size) for comparison. Instead, he brought a 43k 2 door badlands, options out to be 56k....
The way the testing was done(purposely not using all the capabilities...
" . Haartz ships its material to a top builder who then supplies that assembly to Ford. This makes Haartz what is sometimes referred to as a "tier-two supplier." "
looks like maybe Haartz supplies the fabric, and Webasto puts it together with the framing, and sells it to Ford as a unit.
That is certainly one way to do it.
Flip and I are trying to work out a plug-n-play solutions that would work for 90% of the folks who wants to do this upgrade. If we can hash out the correct connector and polarity (and maybe put together a kit), then folks won't have to worry about determining...
Sorry, I mean whether the 4" and the 6.5" are wired in series or in parallel. The wiring diagram shows the wiring with relation to the connector only, I don't think it shows how they are wired internally on the 6.5" speaker

I am not at all familiar with how to find the associated pins. Strangely, the "customer also bought" section for 1041 and 1071 have different pins. 1041 shows 1-1419158-6, whereas 1071 shows 2-1418158-5. The first page (the relevant page) of the datasheet are identical for the 2 part numbers. So...
if the main problem with 31067-1041 on mouser.com is the lead time, you can buy the 31067-1071. The only difference (that I see) is that 1071 has extra molded section on the side for attachment, but that should be irrelevant for test fitting (or using, for that matter). They say they have 7665...
