Im almost disappointed it wasn't a picture of one high centered in the sand with the tide coming in around it.
I guess they can wave at each other from a distance (it's a soft top after all).
Since I'm removing the rear seat anyway, I'm considering raising the floor in the back to make room for one. Might have the side effect of making more room for other stuff like suspension.
Plenty of other people effectively deleting the same space by adding slideouts.
Probably part of why Ford started officially pronouncing it 'echo' instead of eco. Most real human drivers will never achieve fuel savings, but it looks good in a computer simulation.
At low speed you can probably get away with any weird configuration you want to try.
At high speed it would not surprise me if some turbulent back current would lift the front panels and apply enough force to cause problems.
Wheel spin when climbing loose earth or gravel can easily produce those conditions.
I've seen small vehicles throw large rocks quite far when applying the skinny pedal, and stuff is ricocheting all over especially when it's the front wheels spinning.
Reverse lottery. Builds the same day with the same options might get sent to the pen or shipped out, just depends on whether a part bin was empty the moment your unit was rolling past that section of the assembly line.
Hundreds of units were built with the same options as mine on the same day...
It's one thing if personnel are nearby indicating work is being done, but that's not what it looked like at all -- just exposed engine bays on partially completed rework. :poop:
By this point it is pretty clear that neither means a damn, despite Ford's claims otherwise when getting people to place a reservation or order.
The dealers' level of favoritism with Ford means more than anything about the customer.
Complicated? Like picking options off Ford's list of trims or packages?
610+ days even though thousands of others were built with the same parts in half that time? I'm pretty sure being a 2door alone cost me 200 days of Ford saying "**** those guys".
