Best people to ask are the first day reservations group that is still waiting for a VIN.
From there take your pick of about 25 reasons why that Ford considers either manufacturing constraints or production constraints.
Stir in some dealership allocation excuses.
And a pinch of no new orders...

I ordered ours as a retirement vehicle.

I don't think anyone has a great answer.
Only hopeful anticipation.
Most of us buy new vehicles, keep them in the garage when not in use, some go as far as paint protection. Then to have Ford park them outside for 1,2,3, even 4 months before they even get shipped to the dealership.
Nuts...
No, nothing yet.
Shows accepted.
Basically, still at square one.
But, I am still enthusiastic about the vehicle. And will wait for it.
Only way I will walk is if the dealership pulls some form of malarkey.
For the sake of additional input.
My backdoor shows my original order, with original pricing. I have changed my model and options since my reservation over 15 months ago.
But, my rendered picture changed to the correct model and color over the weekend.
That's all I can add.
