    I had that same "Watch them start shipping tomorrow" fear when I cancelled. Now I've had my TOR top for 2 months (and put a good chunk of change back in my pocket), so I think I made the right decision. Hopefully you get your TOR top sooner than expected. You're due some good luck!

    I didn't really sand them, just made sure they were clean and grease-free. I've gotten a couple of dings after 2 years/40K miles, from rocks and/or dealer tire rotations, but nothing really noticeable. I'll probably do a touch up after my next rotation.

    What color did you use? Looks a lot like the Black Sapphire Luxury Metal I went with. When spraying mine. I just put a couple wood blocks underneath (on a sheet of cardboard). Worked out much better than having then flat on the ground. (I had to learn that lesson about the valve the hard way too).
