Using the Kicker 200.4 I had to switch from using DC Offset to 12v turn on in order to eliminate the popping heard through the speakers after vehicle shut down.

On a serious note, I am in agreement that the JKS sleeves and rack bushing (if lifted 2”+) is a solid solution. Keep a spare inner tie rod and go have fun.

As for the aftermarket bar, assuming it leverages spherical, JohnnyJoint, or similar ends will free up available articulation not necessarily add any. The OE rubber or clevite bushings are better for absorbing NVH than they are twisting or flexing.
The rzeppa style joint on these drive shafts is much more tolerant of angle variation to vibration however is more likely to tear the boot and shorten overall joint lifespan at the angles created by >2” lift (Jeep experience).

Correct, no tank drop would require cutting the pass frame side bolts and losing the flag nut (bolt in this case). RJ does not include bolts with the CAs.
