Hey @Tex - There are a million dyno configurations between 2.3L and 2.7L and the multitude of products we have for each, but unfortunately we did not run that combination.
For the 2.7L intake, we saw 7.5hp & 7.4tq gains. For the 2.7L intercooler pipes (alone), we saw 5.4hp & 6.1tq gains...
Here are some cool installed photos for you all!
This shows the seamless integration with our Intake + Snorkel (plus that cover on the front of the inlet which goes to the front grille). This also shows our 2.7L Intercooler Pipe Kit.

Hey @GeorgeFromDallas - When in doubt, do a little 'massaging' into place, right?!
Around 24:05 gives a decent view of the passenger side fitment. I suspect the intercooler flange (designed as such so it can tilt/drop in) could have tight clearance with those bumper brackets.

Hey @GeorgeFromDallas - Great question! We have not installed either of these products in-house, but our Engineer, Dan, took a look at the images you provided above. Because the Havoc brackets bend 90 degrees horizontally, this will interfere with our intercooler. It's possible that the LOD...

Hey @brokentwig - The intercooler sits quite close to the front frame horns. Scope installed pictures in Post #174, #175, #81, and #1. Shoutout to @cvd2486, @BAUS67, and @Bronkers for sharing their installed pictures!

Hey @Tex - our snorkels and intakes are manufactured from UV-resistant cross-linked polyethylene. We would not recommend using heat to re-shape the snorkel. You could trim it down with a sharp knife, being careful to not puncture through to the inside.
Hope this helps!

Hey @Tex - great question! We have not personally test fit on a Bronco running ADV fiberglass fenders, so I cannot say for sure (at this moment in time). I checked the ADV images and as long as the flare does not start flaring before where it does on the OEM fender, I believe you should be good...

Throwing our hat in the ring when it comes to recovery gear. We have both 3/4" & 7/8" Kinetic Recovery Ropes, 7/16" & 1/2" soft shackles, and tow straps in a handful of sizes (biggest being 4" x 30').
Check this Borne Off-Road section of our site to see all of the products we have to...
If you already have a Mishimoto intake, we designed the airbox to accommodate the snorkel connection. Seamless! This also shows the included plug for the front inlet portion (which attaches to the front grille area).
