This is also a common issue. Mine does it fairly regularly. I believe there is a related TSB and the fix is to replace the switch. I’ll bring it up next time I’m at the dealer.

Yup, I can't lie... I've had my eye on the Ranger Raptor. It just seems like a much better value than the Bronco Raptor (and it's a smidge quicker). It would also make a better overlanding rig than my Bronco (which I still love).

I installed mine in January and was pleased with the results. They market it more for temperature insulation rather than sound insulation, but there was a noticeable difference in sound level with it on. It also improves the look of the top inside. One caution though: the plastic brackets...

Yeah, I was thinking that too. It was surprising because I tried to order a few weeks ago and it was blocked. On a whim, I tried again last night and when I saw it was letting me get through, I ran to grab the credit card. Anyway, I guess I’ll find out soon.

Heads up: I was just able to successfully order a hardtop on the Ford accessories site. I have a late ‘21 and have not received the invite. They took my money and sent me a confirmation though. I’ll update this if it falls through.

It’s my understanding that the fade from dim to bright is a setting that in earlier Broncos (pre 2023?) is set to off. In those models, the brights are either on or off (no fading transition). Forscan does allow you to change this behavior, however.
