I like the Magnaflow Overland cat-back exhaust. You can configure it to tune the sound. I doesn't have black tips, but they are up high for clearance. The system has much better ground clearance, if you are going off road.
Moab gets an average of 6" of snow a year. Most days it is above 32 degrees. There can be some mud on certain trails. The town is open and almost all businesses are open. Very few trails ever close unless there is a rockslide, or washout.
The Bronco has so many nannies built in, if you don't get a warning or a code, you can assume that Ford is fine with it. I saw 214 on trails in Colorado and no warning.
