I had my Bronco in for recall 23S48 (replacing rear view camera). My paperwork shows they did the work. My camera had a scratch on it when a tire shop employee put my spare on after fixing a flat. It is pretty minor and I knew the recall was to replace the camera, so I did not worry about it...

FIRESTONE DESTINATION X/T LT285 /75 R17 are 54 lbs. Load range D, but they are the lightest I've seen. I don't have them, but people seem to like them (not many Bronco reviews though).

Is it really impossible to change the rear brake pads/rotors when you have the 2.3L engine without FDRS?

Could you expand on "work"? I have read enough here to figure they are fine for on road, but I am still unclear if they would be fine stuffed while off-road, full lock, etc. Mostly curious about stock BL since I like the optional wheels that were on the abandoned order I picked up.

I had this done via mobile tech recently. I found a clip on my floor mat afterwards and ended up losing it. Does anyone know a part number or where to get a replacement clip? Thanks to jcpyromechanic for posting the pic earlier.

If you push the visor farther to the left, it will clear. Mine did the same thing, and I read on here to tap/push/bang it to the left so it seats better and doesn't hit the mirror when folding down.

Not sure if you're reaching through the tire well, but I found it easier to just lay on the ground under the driver side door/behind the tire and just reach up to where the filter is located (follow the filter oil drain shoot and it's a straight shot). It is easy to not spill any that way when...

I just remove the oil filter by crawling under the driver side door and reaching up along where the oil trough/drain is for the filter. I did the through the tire way first and found it more difficult.

Has TSB 22-2097 been updated for the 2023 model year? I just started getting a loud chirping sound when go over bumps after 8 months of no issues.

Same with my 2023. I got it replaced under warranty last week without any issues.

I wondered the same thing. I think they are for if you need to buy more ceiling mount bars (can't remember what the manual called them). The same screws were used to attach a red piece that looked like you could use to attach 2 of the ceiling mounts together to extend the rail.

Not sure. The window sticker just says navigation removal and gives a credit. I've only tried one change with Forscan to see if I could get the camera to read signs, but it did not do anything (ie, probably need more changes than the one I made from the stop and go cruise control thread).

It's reliant on having the built in navigation. My 23 had navigation removed because of a chip shortage, so no speed limit sign reading for me.

I had the transmission in my 2023 replaced with the updated version. I haven't driven far, but it's the first time in over 11,000 miles that it hasn't made the grinding sound in first/second/crawl (noticed it right away after driving it off of the lot when I bought it thanks to this forum haha)...

You can try to press and hold the power button plus track forward button. This should force it to restart. I read that here in another thread, and it is much easier than shutting the engine off and opening the door.

I found this happens if I reset the audio unit by holding the power button and track forward buttons. I was doing this fairly regularly you get Android Auto to connect, and it would switch off ambient lighting every time.
