Yep, this is true as well. I had to go through three dealerships before my BD order was "accepted."

Did you per chance select a locking differential when you ordered? This may be the reason it was denied then switched.

I may be incorrect but according to the 2024 Order Guide (not Build and Price), a BB manual gets 4.46 gearing and open differentials front and rear. Specifying a locking rear requires an auto transmission and 4.27 gearing.

If AMB were available for ‘24, it would have been my first choice when I placed my order. Since it’s not available, I chose Eruption Green as my first choice; no other color in the Ford palette is a close second.

I don't know, plus I am unfamiliar with the entry system. However I did ask him to try and submit without any options and with a manual transmission. Apparently no combination would work. It simply would not accept a 2-door BD order.
